The
pearl

Presented as part of Rooms of the Heart at the Museum for Islamic Art in Jerusalem, The pearl took on a particular relevance as the exhibition opened close to the war between Israel and Iran. Amid the turmoil and uncertainty outside, the need for an inner home and a place of quiet became deeply tangible.

A quiet pulse
beneath the surface.

The pearl offers a reminder of something already within us: quiet begins within. The work invites the body and imagination to slow down, listen and return to the natural rhythm of the heart. It does not seek to disconnect us from the turmoil outside, but to meet it from a steadier and quieter place within.

Organic forms in motion.

Organic and digital forms unfold through slow, cyclical movement. Inspired by natural growth, cellular motion and soft, translucent materiality, they create a quiet pulse beneath the surface. The recurring rhythm brings attention back to breath, the body and the rhythm of nature.
